Project Manager/Administrative Assistant

PART-TIME POSITION OPENING - Montana Grafix in Chinook, Montana is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager/Administrative Assistant to work at Montana Grafix in Chinook, Montana - Position is 25-35 Hours per Week and requires excellent attention to detail, timeliness and organization.

Starting Wage:  $11.00 per hour

Job Summary

We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager/Administrative Assistance with experience delegating designers or willingness to learn. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will send projects to designers as needed to fulfill client needs.   • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in web technologies or willingness to learn
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Complete Management of all Projects and Assignments to Designers



  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on designers individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on client needs
  • Develop proposals and estimates to be shared with clients as well as other team members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Phone answering with excellent etiquette
  • Customer interaction and training customers on web technologies
  • Invoicing and Monthly Statement Creation


  • Advanced time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Power Point is an added benefit
  • Working knowledge of online Content Management Systems or willingness to learn
  • Quickbooks experience an added benefit
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
